When installing, please note: ① Clean the hydraulic pipeline to prevent impurities from entering the pump body; ② Ensure that the shaft end is firmly connected to avoid eccentric force; ③ Manually fill the hydraulic oil and remove the air before the first start.

The shaft end adopts a double-row angular contact ball bearing with a rated dynamic load of 18kN and a static load of 12kN, which can withstand radial and axial combined forces (axial thrust caused by frequent reversing of the steering system). Under normal working conditions, the bearing life is synchronized with the pump body (more than 3000 hours). If there is abnormal noise or radial shaking at the shaft end, the bearing needs to be replaced in time to avoid eccentric wear of the gear.
