1. Do not add load immediately after the hydraulic gear pump is started:
After starting, the hydraulic gear pump must be idle for a period of time without load (about 10 minutes to 30 minutes). Especially when the temperature is very low, it must be warmed up to make the hydraulic circuit circulate normally before adding load and confirming the operating conditions.
2. Pay attention to the noise of the hydraulic gear pump:
The new hydraulic gear pump has less initial wear and is easily affected by bubbles and dust. Poor lubrication at high temperature or overload conditions will cause adverse consequences and make the hydraulic gear pump emit abnormal effects.
3. Pay attention to the action of the machine (for modified pumps):
Improper hydraulic circuit design or poor component manufacturing are not easy to find in the initial use stage, so special attention should be paid to the action status under various use conditions.
4. Pay attention to check the display value of the meter:
Observe the vibration and stability of the pressure gauge display value, pressure switch light and other vibration conditions of the hydraulic circuit at any time to find out whether the hydraulic circuit is functioning normally as soon as possible.
